In the Olmi Grossi Farm there many Olive Trees, typical of that part of Tuscany. The olive oil extracted from those trees is excellent.

In our farm the olive oil production is, in fact, the major activity. The high quality is guaranteed by the care taken on each single tree. Also, the Torrini family is the owner of the ancient oil mill of Impruneta (called Antico Frantoio Doglia), so that they can control all the steps of their olive oil production.

In the autumn period Torrini family is really busy at working in the oil mill and, following the tradition, produces an olive oil of upper quality, that is I.G.P. certified. (IGP Indicazione Geografica Protetta – Protected Geographical Origin).
